Pluck is the comedy string trio who are astounding audiences all over the world. Their spoof performances combine music, comedy, and theatre in equal measure - pluck has created and mastered a subgenre that is completely its own.

Owing much to comedic legends such as the Marx Brothers and Laurel and Hardy, pluck presents classical music like you have never seen it before. Three idiotic characters compete, argue, ridicule and seduce their way through hugely popular works from across the centuries, challenging the usual decorum of the classical performance whilst performing fearless physical feats and outrageous antics.

Mastering the theatre, cabaret and festival stages, pluck has played to sold out crowds across the globe and won four international awards. The trio is equally at home playing to small audiences at corporate events and private functions. Having performed everywhere from bridges to boxing rings, theatres to fields, pluck is always ready to tailor its act to the specific event, and has risen to the challenge of entertaining audiences of all shapes and sizes, and varying levels of English comprehension!

Pluck has won four international awards, performed a string rendition of the ‘Big Brother’ theme on Channel 4, stunned an audience of 8000 in a football stadium, been locked up in ‘The Slammer’ on CBBC, played the Glastonbury Festival in white tie, tails, and Wellington boots, tangoed with patients in hospitals, and interviewed the President of Slovenia in a boxing ring…

Corporate Cabaret
Pluck is the hot ticket of the after-dinner cabaret world. Hilarious, musical and oozing with class, this international award-winning act guarantees an unforgettable evening with its irresistible mix of white tie, wit and incredible talent.

Imagine… you have just enjoyed a splendid meal. You sit back and relax as three impeccably dressed musicians are introduced to the stage and begin playing the delightful sounds of Vivaldi’s Spring. But very soon you realise this is no ordinary concert: The pompous leader is upstaged by his colleagues, and the sultry cellist, struck by love at first sight, makes her way into the audience to serenade an unsuspecting guest with Ravel’s Bolero.

Pluck’s concert continues with a beautifully sung rendition of jazz-classic Fever, and a variety of instrumental solos, interspersed with brilliant comedy and played with perfection. Then the finale: a tooth-plucking tribute to the legendary guitarist Jimi Hendrix, which ends with a violin on fire! Your guests will leave either humming a classic tune or aching with laughter, or both!

Pluck has entertained guests as far afield as Slovenia, Taiwan and Australia, and closer to home in London’s great venues, The Natural History Museum, the Dorchester and St James’ Palace to name a few. Previous clients include Deutschebank, Chelsea Football Club, Yakult and John Lewis. Whether playing an intimate set to one table of guests, or stunning an audience of thousands in a football stadium, pluck injects unique hilarity into a first-class musical performance.
