Venus Gets Even
After a successful career as front woman and songwriter of the U.K's iconic alternative group, the loveGods, Nadeah Miranda decided to dump the distortion and the dismal weather and set up base in Paris.
Quickly she was head hunted as the kooky Australian "Nouvelle" chanteuse to replace Camille and Phoebee KIldeer in "Nouvelle Vague" and while touring the world with the audacious bossa nova punks, she has quietly been developing her first solo project AKA Venus gets Even.
Described as lyrically twisted, dark cabaret pop, Venus Gets Even combines Nadeah's passion for poetry, quirky story telling and genius songwriting (think Lou Reed, Leonard Cohen, Tori Amos) with her childhood love of old school musicals and performance (think Fed Astaire, Bjork, Prince...).
